I have a vision for my career based on the unfolding processes and events of globalization. This vision hinges on the shrinking role of the government and ever growing role of the private sector and national and international non governmental organizations.

I envision to switching over to the corporate sector or to join NGO at this critical juncture of my career. Globalization of economy is the order of the day. This "globally" requires greater emphasis on managerial creativity, entrepreneurial values, initiatives and responsiveness to the market.

These corporate goals are antithesis to myopic thinking of civil servants, who are not open to fresh ideas and new perspectives and are loath to breaking up rigidity of thinking.

On the contrary, I have embraced these core corporate values. I am now ready to break my brain free of old pattern to explore an alternative career in the exciting and challenging world of corporate sector or international non governmental organization.
