I was very privileged to participate in the leadership development program in 1997 (Feb, 23 - 28) at the National Leadership Institute, University of Maryland, University College. Center for Creative Leadership awarded scholarship that underwrote 75 percent off the regular tuition fee. Additional funds were provided by the American University.

LDP was one of the most effective training programs I attended during my stay in the U.S. It virtually empowered me to shift some of my basic management paradigms. This program greatly helped me to acquire a better understanding of my strengths and weaknesses. It enabled me to develop my own leadership style. LDP also helped increase my confidence and assisted me in setting clearly defined goals.
